1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the studio (hereinafter "we") and the person who enters into a membership, buys a pass or books classes (hereinafter "you").

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded through your registration and our confirmation. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or that written consent from a legal guardian has been provided) and that your details are correct.

3. Membership, passes and class bookings

Passes, memberships and individual bookings are personal and non-transferable. The applicable validity periods, number of credits and cancellation deadlines follow from the product description at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a booking free of charge up to the stated cancellation deadline. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Rules of conduct

We reserve the right to exclude persons who repeatedly disturb fellow participants, trainers or studio operations, temporarily or by a ban from the premises. Amounts already paid are not refunded in such cases.

6. Prices and payment

The prices shown in the studio or online apply, including any VAT. Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. In the event of material changes we notify active members by email. Anyone who does not wish to accept the new version may terminate their membership in writing with effect from the date the change takes effect.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the studio.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing your personal data within the meaning of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the studio. You will find our contact details in the legal notice.

2. What data we process

We process the following categories of data:

• Master data: name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth (if provided)
• Membership and booking data: passes purchased, bookings, check-ins, cancellations
• Payment data: the payment method you select (the card or account details are held by the payment service provider, not by us)
• Communication data: messages you send us through the booking system or by email

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to perform contracts (membership, class participation, payment processing), to meet legal obligations (accounting) and, where you have consented, to inform you about our offers.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is disclosed only to processors that we have contractually bound (for example hosting providers, payment service providers, email delivery). We do not pass your data to unrelated third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

We retain your data for as long as it is necessary for performing the contract and for meeting statutory retention obligations (as a rule 10 years for accounting records).

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Simply send us a short message and we will reply within 30 days.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use technically necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to store your bookings. We set optional analytics cookies only with your express consent.

Cancellations are free up to the deadline stated with each class. Cancelling later may incur a fee depending on your membership or pass: a partial Coin credit for credit passes or a flat fee for subscriptions.

The same applies to no-shows, counted from 15 minutes after the class start.
