Yes. You sell monthly and annual plans with or without a minimum term, with pausing, by card or invoice. avoo renews running plans automatically and keeps the minimum term and notice period in view.
Can members check themselves in?+
Yes. Members check themselves in via QR code or at the tablet at reception. Reception sees who is there and sells passes, shop items and snacks at the same till.
Can I offer group classes and personal training in the same system?+
Yes. Group classes with sign-up and 1-on-1 training based on availability run in the same system, both bookable online.
Does avoo show me utilisation and members at risk?+
Yes. Reports show who comes how often, which classes are full and which members are at risk of churn, so you can react in time.
How do my members pay, and are there booking commissions?+
Payments run through your own Stripe or Payrexx account: TWINT, card, Apple and Google Pay and invoice. avoo takes no commission on bookings, and the licence starts at CHF 45 a month.
Is avoo GDPR compliant, and can I try it?+
