Can I book Reformer spots in avoo?+
Yes. You set a fixed number of spots per class, as many as there are machines in the room: eight Reformers are eight spots. When the class is full, the waiting list takes the next in line and moves people up automatically when someone cancels.
Does avoo support plans and 10-class packs at the same time?+
Yes. A member can hold a monthly plan and a 10-class pack in parallel. Credit has an expiry date, is refunded on a cancellation within your cancellation deadline and is settled automatically on the next booking. Plans renew automatically.
How does avoo collect payments?+
Through your own Stripe or Payrexx account: TWINT, credit and debit card, Apple and Google Pay and invoice. avoo takes no commission on bookings, and the licence starts at CHF 45 a month. The usual transaction fees you pay directly to Stripe or Payrexx.
Where is the data stored, and is avoo GDPR compliant?+
The data is hosted on servers in Europe, and avoo is GDPR compliant. Every member can export or have their own data deleted.
What happens with no-shows, and how are members reminded?+
You set your cancellation and no-show rules, and avoo enforces them. Confirmations, reminders and waiting-list messages go out automatically by email and push, controllable per trigger.
Which languages do my members book in, and can I try avoo?+
Members book in German, French, Italian, English and Dutch, including all confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails. You try avoo free for 15 days, no credit card.
