Depending on their contract, members can claim classes, appointments and workshops at your studio back from their supplemental health insurance. For that they need a receipt under tariff 595. avoo generates it from the bookings and puts it in your member’s area as PDF and XML.
Try free for 15 daysTariff 595 is officially titled "Ambulante gesundheitsfördernde Leistungen VVG" (the German title in the reference list, VVG being the Swiss Insurance Contract Act). It names each kind of service with an official tariff number, for example 1001 for "Training auf der Trainingsfläche, pro 1 Monat" (training on the training floor, per month). The official designations exist in German, French and Italian, and avoo keeps them unchanged.
Whether and how much an insurer reimburses is set by the member’s contract with their insurer. avoo cannot promise that, it supplies the receipt.
Your ZSR and GLN numbers and your provider details are the precondition. Without them avoo issues no receipt. You enter them in the settings under Tariff 595.
You decide which tariff number applies to which activity, and who may trigger a receipt for it. An empty "Authorised" means: everyone.
The feature is included in the base plan. You switch it on yourself in the settings under Modules (default: off).
In their own area the member enters the name of the insurer, the insurance number, the insurer’s GLN and the AHV number.
The receipt is created after confirmed payment, for each booking under a pass with credits. Classes, appointments and workshops are connected.
Under "Reimbursement receipts" the member downloads the PDF or XML and submits it to their insurer themselves. The member pays you directly (tiers garant).
Each receipt lists the services with tariff number and official designation, the date, the amount and the details of studio and member. The amount per service is the amount actually paid, pro rata to the booking.
The XML file follows the "General Invoice Request 5.0" standard of the Forum Datenaustausch. The export is checked against the official schema.
